12 Front Street is a five-story industrial building from the 1860s, which has been converted to commercial and residential space. The restoration was designed by architect Jeff Wilkinson R.A.

The buiding sits on Front Street, along the Hudson River waterfront. The building is three minutes walk from the Newburgh-Beacon Ferry landing, and from the restaurants, spas, and independent cinema that have made the Newburgh waterfront a popular destination.
